I have been needing ice cream this week. All week. No reason, maybe PMS, psychos (Mallory et.al.). We've made trips to Bruster's for mint chocolate chip and eaten ice cream sandwiches... Tonight, however, we were all out... no ice cream and my husband wouldn't get me any. Thanks a lot.
SO I improvised. I found this little surprise in my pantry!
So, I whipped some up and 5 minutes later: TA DA!!!!
MMMmmm.... and the best part?
the little *clink*clink*clink* of the spoon hitting the glass at the end. Delish.
