How now, Brown Cow?

I have a little, brown moo-cow in my house.

Rocky has been running off lately and this is our new dog-finder.

Since we don't have a fence out back and when we take him out at night we can hardly see him, AND sometimes he's stubborn and doesn't like to listen we are hoping the bell will help.  He hasn't run off since we implemented this new idea, and we hope he doesn't!
